Plante Moran, one of the nation‘s largest certified public accounting and business advisory firms, will host a complimentary webinar titled, “Move over, culture. Make way for innovation” on Friday, Dec. 5. The webinar follows the release of Plant Moran’s fourth annual Innovation Survey on Nov. 10.

According to results compiled from more than 400 Midwest organizations that responded to the 2014 Innovation Survey, the overwhelming majority of whom were C-suite executives in manufacturing or professionals service firms, a strong, positive culture is paramount for successful innovation and increased revenue chiefly because it supports one of the main drivers of innovation: employees.

Expanding on key survey findings, Plante Moran’s Dec. 5 webinar will feature three elite innovator organizations known for their innovation and strong corporate cultures: Detroit-based Henry Ford Health System with CEO Nancy Schlichting; Napoleon, Ohio-based Automatic Feed with CFO Nathan Weaks; and Chicago-based ThoughtWorks with CEO Xia Guo. The three organizations will share best practices with webinar participants to help create a culture empowered to ignite innovation.
